Scope of the warranty
We grant you a full 5-year guarantee on new work carried out by us (Wymann Zahnarzt AG) (fillings, CEREC, crowns, bridges, prostheses, implants). This means that if a processed material breaks during this time and cannot be completely repaired as new, the work performed will be redone free of charge. You will receive the same service if any of the above-mentioned work was faulty and, for example, the filling or crown comes loose.
Conditions of the warranty
This does not include damage caused by improper care or insufficient care (e.g. new caries. Caries due to inadequate cleaning; e.g. no use of dental floss or interdental brushes in the interdental space). Damage to crowns/bridges, fillings (plastic/CEREC) or dentures caused by bruxism (grinding) (unless a grinding splint is worn every night). Root canal treatments. Root tip resections. Improper handling of the work by a dentist who is not employed by Wymann Zahnarzt AG).
