Implants: The 5-year guarantee listed only applies to non-smokers. The warranty does not include the possible treatment of peri-implantitis or the subsequent repair of ceramic chipping on the superstructure. Crowns/bridges: Only definitive restorations made of gold, vitametal ceramic (VMK), and procera crowns or zirconium oxide bridges are covered. Not included in the guarantee are biological failures, such as the possible treatment of periodontitis, possible root canal treatment of an abutment, apical processes, root fractures, abutment fractures, secondary caries or age-related color aging. Removable prostheses (full and partial dentures): Only definitive restorations, such as full, hybrid and model cast prostheses, are under discussion. Immediate prostheses, temporary plates and wire clasp prostheses are not covered. The guarantee also does not cover the usual aftercare work such as relining, possible re-registration, removal of pressure points or removal of a fibroma. Furthermore, biological failures, such as treatment of a carious lesion, periodontitis or treatment of denture stomatitis. Inlays/onlays: made of gold or ceramic: guarantee limited to technical failures, such as breakage of the ceramic or decementation of the inlay or onlay.

The scope of the aforementioned guarantees relates exclusively to the dental service, excluding third-party services (laboratory). The guarantee is limited or expires ->if oral hygiene is neglected. ->if the dentist's instructions are not followed. ->if the patient does not visit a dentist at least once a year for a routine check-up. ->if removable dentures have not been properly cared for. ->if gums or bone tissue change in a natural or pathological way, making an intervention necessary. ->in the event of accidental or deliberate damage to dentures. ->if the patient loses or gains a lot of weight in a short period of time. ->when diseases occur that may have a negative effect on the patient's dental condition (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, hyposialia, Siögren's syndrome). -> in the case of congenital defects involving inferior dental hard tissue (e.g. amelogenesis imperfecta) -> if there are allergies to dental materials that the patient has not mentioned or was not aware of.
