Implants: 10-year guarantee only applies to non-smokers. The warranty does not include the possible treatment of peri-implantitis or the repair of minor ceramic chipping on the superstructure. Crowns/bridges: Only definitive restorations made of vitametal ceramic (VMK) and procera crowns or zirconium oxide bridges are covered. Not included in the guarantee are the possible treatment of periodontitis or possible root canal treatment on a bridge abutment or a crowned tooth. From the 5th year after cementation, the treatment of secondary caries may be possible (depending on oral hygiene, saliva flow rate, buffer capacity of the saliva) Removable prosthetics (full dentures, partial dentures): Only definitive restorations such as full, hybrid, model cast prostheses are under discussion. Immediate prostheses, temporary plates and wire clasp prostheses are not covered. The guarantee does not cover relining, possible re-registration, removal of pressure points or removal of a fibroma, treatment of a carious lesion or periodontitis, treatment of denture stomatitis. Inlays/onlays: -made of gold or ceramic: 10-year guarantee (depending on oral hygiene, saliva flow rate, buffer capacity of the saliva) - made of composite: 7-year guarantee (depending on: see gold/ceramic)

The warranty is limited or becomes void: -if oral hygiene is neglected. -if the dentist's instructions are not followed. -if the patient does not visit a dentist at least once a year for a routine check-up. -if removable dentures have not been properly cared for. -if gum or bone tissue changes in a natural or pathological way, making an intervention necessary. -If dentures are accidentally or deliberately damaged. -If the patient loses or gains a lot of weight in a short period of time. -if diseases occur that could have a negative effect on the patient's dental condition (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, hyposialia, Siögren's syndrome). - in the case of congenital defects involving inferior dental hard tissue (e.g. amelogenesis imperfecta) -if there are allergies to dental materials that the patient has not mentioned or was not aware of.
