Too bad, Dr. Sergej Nekora's work has always been very good: fast and precise. Also the dental hygiene was without fault and blame, really very good! - Unfortunately, it is the case that this cannot tear out the rating for me. The reason for the unsatisfactory evaluation is that I was put off with the words in an emergency (tooth fracture): It's not so bad, other people walk around with it for weeks. There won't be an appointment until tomorrow at the earliest. The own statement on the website that one should go to the dentist within hours in case of a tooth fracture seemed a mockery to me. They didn't even want to take the time to look at the damage on the same day - simply "no time", although I was standing on the mat at 07:30. I was really embarrassed to have to knock on another dentist's door. But now I'm happy that this * happened to me* and not to my wife or my son. So now we can all go to a different practice where I now know that the fears and needs of customers are taken seriously. In short, when it comes to craftsmanship, you can't complain about this practice. In addition, the price (at 3.10 Taxpunkte) is very favorable. But for me personally the security is important that I can count on being taken seriously in an emergency. Without this security I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. I can only hope that this is - and remains - an unfortunate isolated case.
