"I have been a customer of Dr. Klaas Friedel for years and am extremely satisfied with the service package of him and his team. I have just completed an Invisalign treatment with great success. And even with earlier "repairs", the procedures were always carried out promptly, professionally, pain-relieving and, above all, cautiously. I can absolutely recommend Dr. Friedel and the Swiss Dental Center."

"I was with this med. dent years ago. Klaas Friedel (he didn't even write a Dr. title, not a dissertation) at Helvetiaplatz. The dentist was so unkind and arrogant. An absolutely unfriendly, snappish and cheeky dentist. Absolutely not recommended. Fortunately I now have a very good dentist in Zurich Höngg for some years. And I'm very pleased. I would NEVER go into this practice again to this friedel. Absolutely not recommended."

"I am an anxiety patient (I only get panic attacks at the thought of the dentist). I'm still scared, though. But Mr Friedel and his team are extremely understanding and patient. One is perceived as a patient and above all as a person, explanations promote understanding and above all the decision remains with oneself. Suggestions to overcome the fear will be made. It's not just that they're aware that someone's panicking. The friendly and humorous nature also makes it a little easier. I would also like to emphasize the honesty shown: if it hurts or is unpleasant, it is neither concealed nor played down. You're not just a patient, you're a conversation partner. During my third treatment I was already able to laugh; yes during the treatment :)"

"I got several fillings and two very difficult implants from Mr. Friedel and Mrs. Kaczmarczyk and the result is absolutely brilliant. Wonderfully healed, looks better than the old teeth. And the team is also very likeable, what more could you want? I would certainly recommend the practice."
