"I am very disappointed, never in my life I paid so much for dental hygiene, and on top of that I had to go twice ... very expensive price, I will never go to this center again Most expensive dental hygiene I ever had , and the best is still 15 CHF extra for disinfection never again"

"Generally speaking, the dentists are quite good and know how to perform a valid job; however, punctuality seems to be not their main forte. Had an appointment today for 13:00 to fix my tooth and till I went to the main desk and complained at 13:30 nobody showed up. I can understand a delay of 10 minutes, but you better have a valid and solid explanation for 30 minutes delay. If I pay that much for the service, it shows that I value efficiency and punctuality. What they told me is that they can't do anything about it in a non-challant way as if this behavior is completely normal... As if normal people don't have plans and work. Truly disappointed! Once I was late myself for a dental cleaning appointment because I forgot about the appointment. Immediately after they called me, I ran there and they stated that we have a limited time. They will be able to proceed with cleaning only for the remaining time I have left. I can even specify the date: 12.10.2019. I had an appointment at 2pm on that day and I forgot about it. They reached out to me at 2:16 pm and asked me whether I was planning to show up. As far as I remember, I did not state that I could not do anything about it. I understood the consequences and accepted their terms. However, their attitude today was genuinely HORRIBLE! Double standards! P.S. @zahnarztzentrum, will fix the last remaining piece and move somewhere else. Seems that you have no value for your long-term and loyal customers! Patient: Nigar Chalabi Zada "

"At the dental center in Zug, everything's right for me. Dr. Clar and his team are very courteous and highly competent. Here one is advised and treated super. Always in the service of the patient. The price-performance ratio is also good. With a small dental problem I got an appointment the same day and was able to spend a calm weekend. I am happy to recommend this dental centre to others."

"Although the DH only lasted 50 minutes, 60 minutes were charged. As a new customer you have to pass 2x - once for the DH and once for the control -> that will be expensive. With other dentists, that goes with a visit. Never paid so much for inspection and cleaning."
